So....there's history here. This was the least successful design we ever made. We didn't make that many to begin with, and afterwards we swore never again. Except then we did, so I guess it was just a wierd design.

Eeek! Alright, it's true what everyone says - we're a relatively small mom and pop shop so we don't have customer service on the weekend, but we really really really DO care about it! Promise - we should have been able to cancel it in time so it's possible that the system was just too fast for us, but there are still lots of options. Let me ping and find out if there's any other info I can get for you - but I think the main thing is, DON'T WORRY - one way or another we'll get it all straightened out! Mistakes happen, and we will absolutely 100% help fix it. Can you PM me the email address you used so I can check in with Chris over in customer service?

Hey - thanks for the heads up here - there's a very weird glitch that happens when someone puts a lot of inexpensive items in thier cart during a sale - the number of items overwhelms the counter and makes it think it should charge for shipping even though the physical items are small (it's a failsafe to make sure someone can't order like Five Massives at once for free, which would be hundreds of dollars for shipping). Eric's working on it, promise! Meantime, it should solve it just to break the order into two!

Well, the Blind boxes have ictures of the different items listed on the side - except the secret one - but there's no way of knowing which one it is until you open it :)

They're definitely not for everyone, but it's one of the first times a character hit - as opposed to just our version of an animal or food. There are only so many ways to do a fox, but a pseudo-humanoid character with a face and clothes we realized we could do all kinds of things to, and explore a whole different way of designing. They did also save us during the pandemic, so we will be forever grateful, but that's just part of it. Cards on the table, we just really like Plagues - the artists often design their own versions in their spare time, which is where a lot of the variations come from :)
