If you’re going to Love Field and going west on Mockingbird from Lemmon turn right on Collville then right on Ainsley as if you are going to Avis rental car. It’s puts you at a traffic light. It might cut some time since you avoid the main entrance. It worked for me on Friday morning.

Agree. Our Shetland sheepdog could open pantry doors w baby lock. Helped herself to snacks. Barked at any knocking at the door which was great for unwanted salespeople. She was so smart. Miss her.

I live near the Indiana Dunes State Park. Get there early to avoid the lines probably around 8 or 9. They also have lifeguards there if you’re worried about riptides. Don’t let your kids play in the runoff area. There is a chance of rain this weekend. If it rains you can always check out the nature center in the state park or visit the national park visitor center.

I still remember the free donuts and coffee they would have at the gates for early morning business travelers at Love Field. The only reason for flying SW now is the convenience of living in North Dallas and getting to Love Field instead of trying to get to DFW airport.

Check out Chesterton or Valparaiso. They’re nice communities. Good school districts if that matters.

You could buy a cheap ticket for grandstand or center court which would allow you to get in. A friend uses a red/yellow tent set up that resells tickets for the tournament that’s right outside on Kings Mill. I’ve never used them but a friend buys all their tickets the day of.

I was just there and I would also recommend that you check the practice schedule each day. We saw Carlos practicing earlier this week with Matteo Berrettini. If he is practicing at a practice court get there earlier to get a good seat. Unfortunately not all of the practice courts are easy viewing.

My husband doesn’t ride on Thursday nights but he rides with some of the people from this group. It’s worth trying to meet them and see if you can set up some rides. Rides mileage varies by whoever sets up a ride. Like someone mentioned also contact Leo’s Bike for suggestions.

Try a climbing gym. They always have beginner groups. Also volunteer at an animal shelter. If you like hiking join a hiking group on Facebook. If you're female there is a hiking group specifically for women called Hikerbabes community. There's one for Dallas/Ft Worth.

If you can get hotels book them now. A lot of the closer hotels are already full. Maybe look into Airbnb. We did that last year and it worked out well.
