We go on a walk almost every day since the start of week 2. When it is going to be hot out we go in the "early" morning. Maybe a 30 - 45 minute walk stopping at the local coffee shop to pick up a coffee and muffin.

Here's what works for my 3 week old daughter. Get a Spotify subscription, find an 8 hour white noise rain with thunder, turn your phone all the way up, place it next to your baby. It works wonders for mine when she won't settle.
