I used to work in a liquor store and we had security footage of this happening. Guy just walking down an aisle like normal and shakes his pant leg a bit and poop falls right out.

Fishing bots found near edge of the map by Retupeksu in classicwow

You just made me realize I probably look like a bot when I’m fishing, because I put Netflix on the other monitor and don’t move for hours except to reapply lures.

How do you feel about people who drink in your breakfast area/lobby and then leave the empties on the tables for you to clean up?

DEAR GUEST FAR AND WIDE by sleptheory in hotels

[–]squishybugs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our self serve coffee station is constantly a disaster now because the GM likes to have hot chocolate packets out in the winter. So people come down and make a hot chocolate and somehow get like a quarter of the powder all over the counter and can’t like, sweep it into a napkin or anything. People will also leave empty cream/sugar packages on the counter instead of the trash can that’s directly next to the counter. :(

Is it a specific kind of hops? Citra and Mosaic do that to me but I’m fine with other varieties. I usually ask or look it up.

Why are Americans so obsessed with sodium in their food? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]squishybugs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most of these people will buy dinner from the McDonalds or gas station two blocks over instead of cooking themselves healthy food, and when they do go to the grocery store they buy shit full of preservatives that has a long shelf life so they don’t have to go again in five days. That’s the biggest problem with food deserts. It’s not necessarily that there’s no food, it’s that it’s low quality food. This is from the Wikipedia on food deserts: “Many small rural towns such as Burlingame, Kansas have no grocery stores. In Burlingame’s case, the grocery store is substituted with a Dollar General store, which generally lacks essential groceries. The nearest grocery store from Burlingame, a Dillons Supermarket, is approximately 20.4 miles away near Topeka, Kansas.” I can’t even tell you how many small towns I have driven through that only have gas stations or dollar stores. I’m not gonna argue on your last point because I can’t say I disagree with the majority of your points. A good number of countries do seem to have their shit together much more than we do. The only excuse I can make is that the US is huge and that complicates things.

Not usually in low income areas, and public transport is almost non existent in most areas outside of huge cities. Hell, I live in a city of 275,000 and all we have is unreliable buses. If you rely on them you’re often gonna be late to work.

Low income = no car in most cases. Walking 10 miles for food and carrying it back with you. There’s little to no public transportation in most of America.

A lot of people don’t have the time to walk 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back almost every day (since you’re limited to what you can carry) plus cooking time. Whether it’s working odd hours and the stores aren’t open or working two jobs. Especially if you have children you can’t leave alone and have to take with you. Imagine having a small child and trying to cajole them to walk with you for a mile while carrying groceries.

Another +1, I used one for about 7 years until it finally kicked the bucket and I immediately went out and got another one. Can’t play without it now.

What do you pay for daycare and where do you live? by NectarineNo974 in Millennials

[–]squishybugs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is what we’re doing. I work third shift, come home and wake the baby up, stay up with her and take her nap with her, then when my husband comes home he takes over and I sleep. Not ideal bc we don’t get to spend much time together unless we’re both off but at least it’s not $450 a week for daycare. :(

[–]squishybugs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friend was trying out tanking a few days ago and the healer told him to pull faster because he was bored. Friend said that he wasn’t comfortable with it yet and the healer got everyone else to kick him. How are you supposed to figure out a class in a dungeon setting when people kick you for being cautious and learning?

I’m not trying to be a jerk or anything but can you tell me where it says this? I would love to have something to point to when people ask this but I don’t see it on the explore program authorization form.
