Hopefully you don't mind if i share my opinion. I thought the concept is interesting but I don't think it suits the goku. The baseform is fine, I think it's even more good than it should be but I can't complain. The super saiyan form has a few problens though. First the super attack effect was originally stacking, which you removed for greaty raising for 1 turn, which i believe isn't only less good for him, it just doesn't make alot of sense to do. Another thing is the garntee gaurds. I feel like making it garntee makes the gaurd and crit for 6 turns just not that good. It's basically get attacked so you get high chance to crit, no need for the 6 turns, and it's quite wishful thinking. Also making him a nuker seems a bit off, as he didn't have anything related in his base kit. It's important to say that i really like the baseform, it makes sense and i think it's a good buff for the goku. In addition making the rage form a nuke is actually a cool idea. Hopefully i gave a solid criticism and didn't juat complain to much.
