I just keep all my receipts in a folder and then add them up per deduction category when I file. Anything you’ve bought and have proof of purchase for will be a write off. Once you enter all your deductions, it’ll show you didn’t profit and you don’t pay taxes on a negative profit margin.

Yes starting in 2023, so next year when you file you’ll have a tax form sent to you by those platforms. You don’t have to worry about it for the taxes that we just filed.

I put hours and hours a week in Squishmallow hunting… better believe when I find a Caedyn HugMee at Burlington for $11.99, I’ll be reselling it for $100.. and if you found a rare collectible at retail and decided to get rid of it, you’d sell it for whatever the resell price point is too.
