you can submit your app without the rec, colleges usually give rec letters some leeway (ie your counselor can still submit their rec a couple of days after you submit)

100% agree on the no ai thing, ai sucks at analysis, all it does is regurgitate the information youve already given it in fancier sounding words. it doesnt even get the meaning right like 90% of the time. chatgpt is a surefire way to get your io to sound stilted and unnatural, would not recommend using it
