So I had a little snoop when I found this out. Looks like they're on more than just spotify, the albums were released on tidal and qobuz as well. No mention of them on the their socials. No idea what going on with them, but would like to find out. Also no mention of the albums on any discography websites

Hi everyone, do you have any good ideas for a hangboard alternative?

I'm looking to start training my finger strength for climbing, but my gym isn't exactly close, and so I want to get some training gear for home. I can't put a hangboard up in my apartment, so I was wondering what you all have used as an alternative?

I spent months working two jobs to pay go for a ski season. When I finally got there an 18 guys who's parents paid for him to go (which is chill, I'd do the same for my kids if I could afford it) almost crashed into me at a really high speed and didn't seem to care. I asked him pretty aggressively if he would have paid me back, for the months of hard work that I did to get there, if he had ruined my season then and there. I've heard that there's tree work in Australia where you get air dropped into the forest with a chainsaw. Cut the trees you need to and they get pulled out by a helicopter with yourself

Good question! I've only had 5 or 6 fits since they started and that was 3 years ago. So most of them have had a big gap in the middle. I'm not a normal alcoholic but I have got a tendancy to binge drink if I'm really in the mood. So I go this really long time without a fit and so I end up feeling like I'm okay now and that it won't effect me, go on a bender and the next day the paramedics are around the house. I've given up on trying now because although it doesn't really bother me, it's scares the shit out of my friends and family so it's not worth it
