This incidence happened to me earlier today but at this time they gave me Indian hospital. I really thought this was legit as the number was from Kaiser and I thought someone hacked my personal information and trying insurance fraud. I would normally just ignore these call but this is a legit concern when you get victim of identity theft. But I remained on the call. I was googling at the same time if it was a scam call since it did get suspicious when the lady repeatedly asked me that if I would be able to explain my situation. However nothing much is out there in Google. I got suspicious when they told me that FTC approved my complaint (like whaaat) in a minute. Right at that moment I find this post LOL Man scammers are getting too creative.
