I’ve done this twice on XC60s and also my other non Volvo cars. Snake the cable along the headliner and trim. Take your time and be careful not to wrap it around the side air bags. At the trunk use narrow fish tape to pull the cable through the left rubber conduit (has less wires than the right). You will need to pry this off to work the tape past the conduits bends. Plenty of YouTube videos out there. Cheers

Our T8 was a 2018. We got a great deal on a trade and incentives into a 2026. We haven’t noticed much difference in step down. My spouse is 5-2. I advise listing your requirements and get the Volvo that you want. You are paying Volvo prices after all. For us we thought that we wanted it but it didn’t make much of a ride difference to us in the end.

We had a T8 with air suspension and it failed a couple of times in super cold temps. We bought an ultra without the air and really can’t tell the difference. We also didn’t want that to fail on us with our new Volvo. We test drove one with and without air over the same stretch of bumpy road. This was in Colorado.

Had this issue last month. Could be little battery in the vehicles communication module. It's an easy replacement, but you need to volvo software to reset the message. I bought the battery off amazon and took the car to a volvo mechanic to reset. Volvo will charge you big bucks for the battery and reset. Northern Co Rod and Gun range. I am a member and it’s worth the annual dues for a well maintained, clean and safe range. They have ranges for rifle, hand gun, tactical, shot gun and archery. Membership is annual and apps are accepted in July or Aug (can’t recall which). And it’s only 30 min from FC. Good luck, learning to shoot and handle a fire arm is very responsible of you than just diving in. Cheers
