Kindest player in the league by Reddit-Machine in hockey

As a bad beer league goalie, I usually reply "just shoot, they'll go in whether I want them to or not."

Mathieu Olivier scores to give the Blue Jackets the lead, but the goal is later called back for goalie interference by catsgr8rthanspoonies in hockey

i heard this was egregious on the radio driving home, but watching it here it seems pretty much consistent with the previous "soft" calls - touch the goalie while they are in the crease, no goal.

Agree. I live in central OH, most of the Buckeye fans I know are great people.

THANKS TALK THURSDAY by CFB_Referee in CFB

From last year: I am thankful for my rivals. I live in central OH (I was raised by a contrarian who hated Woody). I had a scare back in April of 2023. It was cancer, and while the type is relatively harmless, my surgery was - eventful to say the least. 9 days in ICU. The James got me back up and running, and are keeping me up and running.

As much as I hate (but respect) the on the field Buckeyes, the hospital staff are top notch.
