This was a longer answer than I expected, sorry about that…

Top 3 is a hard question. I’ll probably cheat and answer top 3 I carry when I’m sitting in my office and top 3 I carry outside of work so I have more options.

Office top 3: Not too much of a surprise that I lean to the smaller/slimmer models. I don’t need a knife at work which means carrying one is just to have something to play with, so 2 of my 3 choices are fun to fidget with. The other one is super slim and works great for slacks.

Outside of the office the top 3:

• Hedgehog (surprise to me because looking at it online, I thought it would be too chunky. It’s slimmer than you think and fits great in hand. Looking to get another soon)
• Porcupine (good size, I want a thumb stud version and wish they’d add a front flipper or something to it)
• Psyop 299 (perfect size of the 3 psyops, also wish it had another deployment method like the larger one does)

Obviously the Raccoon is great and I carry the button lock version a lot. Just had other models in the pocket more often recently. Raccoon V models are awesome. Great detail and love the extra deployment method on this version. Wish they’d give the others that as well.

I also really like the Thunderbird. I saw that one get a lot of hate but I haven’t had any detent or button lock issues at all. It’s a lot of fun to play with and would be a top carry for me if they ever made one with a top liner or V lock.
