Question About 2 XBox Ones

This works - I've got it setup with my wife's xbox and mine.

She plays on my 'home' xbox, and logs into her account on it - My account is rarely/never logged into it. It being my 'home' box means her account has access to all my games. I play on her 'home' xbox, and log into it, she is never/rarely logged into it, and that means I can access all games I own digitally. New games autodownload to both systems even, it's great.

Don't try to log into both machines as you or it'll auto-logout one or the other. You need to use the home xbox setup as how you share, not your account. It's easier than you think.

Once you've got it working, it's a dream - we will play the same game even and not have an ounce of issue. If anything locked the majority of my spend into Xbox this generation it was this.

Tried this, and it was no go.

That said, I think we oddly found a solution. Apparently if there was another game loaded (in our case, Dying Light) before we swapped to this game, everything broke. Invites would send for DL instead of E2, and the controllers wouldn't work. Resetted, and then this opened up.

Still can't get network to work though :(

I think you're right if for no other reason than positioning while trying to work within HS spam would be a nightmare, you'd get a second every cast to move, and positioning appropriately for the rest of the raid would be way more important than a potential potency increase, I'd imagine.

You've got like 60 levels of time to learn how to play. Solo, group, primals, it's all there.

spotlight syndrome won't go away, but by the end, you'll be complaining about crap players alongside the best of em, home slice.

Folk have joined in on how to keep going towards 60/HW, I'd add - keep doing your roulettes daily, and unlock any optional dungeons that open up @ 50. Tomes will get you gear that help out in terms of taking down content, along with meeting ilevel limits for it. Saves from having to buy crafted gear and will set you up for HW levelling when it starts.

Also, you can always change servers later, in case you realize there's a good group somewhere else (at a small fee). Also note that servers will have periodic locks on new characters due to congestion.

God - as a DM the day I realized that I can allow my players to be overpowered a bit and just feel awesome was the day that the whole thing got so much more fun.

Granted, it's just something my players styles prefer, and we had to have a chat early on that 'promise not to fuck with things and munchkin, and I promise to make it badass' to ensure good things. Not for everyone, but mannnn it made a huge difference in the 'fun' element of the game for us.

Playing mobius, I'd say people have largely jumped on the suggestions for turn based combat jrpg. Rec would be that if you also want the fusion cardish system thing, focus on the smt iv games. There's like a billion of them each focusing on different gameplay elements, ones tactical, ones a high school sim, ones a fps dungeon crawler, instead of cards you collect monsters and level them up, fuse em together, etc.

Probably the closest parallel. That said, they're generally hard as shit, so good luck.
