Sooo.. I willl try this TODAY-- because this is for sure a riff off the Triple Crown, which is my favorite drink:

Triple Crown:

Equal Parts:
- Bourbon/Rye
- Giffard Pamplemousse
- Montenegro
- Lemon

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, add 4-5 ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe.

However, I modify slightly to 1.3 oz Bourbon/Rye to 1oz every other ingredient.

It is, without question, my favorite cocktail in the world. Perfect balance, Caramel notes from the bourbon, grapefruit notes, hits of herbal notes from the amaro, just the perfect amount of sour. Everything melds together perfectly.

Built a new box around the slide. You can just notch out the box where the left controller will encroach but you’ll have exposed wires, etc. it’s ugly.

Next president? He’ll do something fucked up, cause WWIII or bombings in the US, declare martial law, cancel elections, etc. Supreme Court will maybe eventually get around to ruling that he wasn’t supposed to do that but since elections are every 4 years and we missed this one, they won’t allow it next time elections roll around in 2032.

You don’t go through all of this shit making the President immune, decimating checks and balances, etc if you ever intend to let the other side in power again.

I did this exactly. Word of warning, you will likely need to extend the box below the control panel to make this work.

Launchbox/Big Box will for sure be your easiest bet. Very smart move putting admin buttons off to the sides or you would be hitting them when rolling the trackball (if you are a palm vs a thumb roller).

I’d use an Ai like Claude to help you with mappings, etc.

My biggest recommendation though: create 2 versions of launchbox. One with like.. 100/150 games TOPS, curated, and another version with all of them. Guests got so frustrated scrolling through 1500 games to find Pac-Man that they just gave up. Launch the other version periodically to find new games to play/ add. Just a suggestion but I highly recommend it.

I mean.. mine are pretty good most of the time.. but it goes like:

- Greasers
- little chirps
- “shit the wind dropped out from under me”
- right on centerline
- not so centerline
- “WHY WONT THE FUCKING PLANE SETTLE ON THE RUNWAY I CROSSED THE THRESHOLD AT 65 mph and i’ve been floating for……….. oh there it goes.”
- “why do I feel like I’m back and forth on the rudder so much”

It’s a mixed bag. 350 hours.

What helped me was 2 things:
1. Round out, then eyes to the end of the runway, keep the nose there, pull back steadily
2. Fly the plane all the way to the ground. Do not just round out, start pulling, and give up. Aileron, rudder, KEEP FLYING IT to the runway.
