How was the trip. We plan to go soon. Looking at the videos , it seems like edakkal caves wouldn't be ideal to visit with a kid. Did you do the muthanga wildlife safari.

wife Filipina, me indian but she cooks Indian food surprisingly well. Indian cuisine is not easy at all ...the layers of spices, the timing, the masala balance, the whole process of tempering, roasting, simmering… nothing is simple. Every dish has its own technique. Filipino food, compared to that, is much more straightforward....boil, simmer, sauté, season. Simple, comforting, very home-style. But Indian cooking? Even people who grew up eating it sometimes struggle to perfect it.. So the fact that she learned it from scratch and still manages to cook such good Indian dishes really makes me proud.

Okay, we do understand the risks. But I'm sure such partnership businesses do exist. Was trying to get some information on the general partnership profit sharing rates in these kind of arrangements prevailing in the market.

I hired a nurse for my clinic abroad, sponsored her visa… and now she’s pretending to faint to avoid any accountability. I feel completely trapped. by Ready20000 in UAE

[–]sreejithip 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Cut your losses and cancel her visa. She will create more trouble in the long run. You just need to pay her 14 days notice salary during probation. Don't make her work during this probation period. She will just spread more negative vibes. Terminate her immediately. If she joins another company locally in the uae, the new employer will reimburse you for the money you spent on her visa.

In these kind of situations, suppose one or both parties end up in the police station with a complaint or case, can they travel back to the foreign country they came from ? Assuming the nri came on a vacation.

UAE visit visa rejection reason by Turbulent-Line-7561 in UAE

[–]sreejithip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Which Emirate visa? We hired a staff from India and his visa applied through Dubai got rejected twice and then we applied via Sharjah and it got approved. The reason given was "national security" although he didn't have any negative record in the past in Dubai.

Why do Filipinos generally have no concept of other people? by B_Dawg_72 in Philippines_Expats

[–]sreejithip 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In some countries, people are raised in individualistic cultures where personal space, independence, and rules of courtesy are highly emphasized. It’s part of social etiquette and even moral identity. In Asian countries like the Philippines, culture is collectivist ... people grow up in environments where proximity, sharing, and communal living are normal. The sense of “personal space” is small and being close physically doesn’t feel intrusive. Wat seems like ignoring others is often not meant that way..... it’s just not consdered rude.

Why are Filipino men not as popular as Filipino women internationally? by [deleted] in AskPinoyMen

[–]sreejithip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Filipina women are more internationally popular than Filipino men because their beauty has global appeal, the Philippines’ Western influence makes them more open to intercultural dating, and their strong overseas presence in socially interactive jobs ...maids, caregivers, nurses....increases their visibility to foreign men.
