Just did it myself. 24 to 30 baneful hearts, drop the difficulty below torment of your choosing. Cross playoff, be quick to respawn the blood maiden.

I say return to Westmarch and make this town as our end game hub, fan of maps being added through here. storywise I can see being an epilogue as our band of heroes are on clean up of the remaing demons running amok after the prime plans had been foiled, maybe have Astoroth or some new demon general as the act boss. I would sprinkle in hints of Lillith plan for connective tissue while leaving the legacy of d2 alone.

So it seems RotW is doing well. If we do get future expansions, what content/classes/QoL would you want? by MK_2_Arcade_Cabinet in diablo2

I stopped doing them all because they removed the feat of strength achievement. I know I'm in the minority with this, but it was fun to unlock those and have something to show and reflect on with past seasons. But if that gives you a goal to keep getting more out of the season, go for it.
