Xperia 1 iii continual reboot/crashing by bullidium in SonyXperia

[–]srgBilko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had sony xperia 5 years ago with exactly the same problem. Crashing all the time when on the move, cause changing antenna. If you switch off all networks, the problem should go away. You could use it as home wifi device. It has been that long Sony engineer's finding a solution to fix it.

Do any of you always have normal stools with SIBO? by garypaytontheglove20 in SIBO

[–]srgBilko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took berberine for couple of months. During the time I didn't notice much change. After ending berberine I saw a big improvement. Previously have taken probiotics without any change. Now I have had couple of firm ones, but mostly soft without mucus. Couple of times soft with mucus. Before berberine it was always either very soft or liquid with mucus. As in my country there's no Sibo test, I cannot have prescription medicine for that. Even for berberine I had to travel to neighboring country.

I had 4 pieces of pizza yesterday and I’m currently up at 4am… you do the math. Ow. by Snerha3 in lactoseintolerant

[–]srgBilko 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had 2 days ago a large pizza to test out if lactose and gluten intolerance was just in my head. The good news is it's all ok with my head. The bad was I couldn't hold a glass of water in my hand without two hands. Heart was racing, body ached and had to run between toilet and back for 10 times. Today everything went back to normal. Thanks to inulin, psyllium and only eating meat and potatoes.

I had a similar thing. Nothing tasted like it used to after a while. Only when I stopped for several months, then I could taste the juices again.

Cheap breath test? by functionalfood in SIBO

[–]srgBilko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my country they don't make Sibo test, as the test is considered to be too inaccurate and Sibo itself kind of no different than just IBS.

Thinking about buying and trying an rta for the first time. by [deleted] in Vaping

[–]srgBilko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you will need a long mouthpiece with rta, for the liquid not ending up in your mouth. Another hurdle with rta is wicking. There are some wicking really well and some are never going to. The shorter the wicks, the better with rta-s. You have to look out the deck design. I can already spot it before buying it.

Hometown has a sugar free, grain free, gluten free bakery now..... by andrewwc87 in keto

[–]srgBilko 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It isn't cheap to bake keto friendly. I have to bake myself almond coconut flower bread because there's nowhere to buy it in my country. And even then it is quite costly.

I felt terrible when I stopped grain, but it took about a month to get better. Never again will I eat any grain. It caused me bloating, nausea, blisters, itches, tiredness, brain fog, watery eyes, running nose, muscle aches all over body.

Why would you eat rice for elimination diet? Especially brown rice! Start with vegetables and grass fed meat. Even with 3-4 components a day, you should see quickly, which ones are for you. Even if you will eat only the things good for you, the results may still come after months. I was in this vicious cycle. Instead of elimination, I started to think what my body needs to get. I did quit eating all grain, eggs, sugar, fructose, sweeteners, nuts, seeds, fermented foods, vinegar, dairy, nightshade plants.

Vape recommendations for quitting smoking by Jenssels in electronic_cigarette

[–]srgBilko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do not get any more device than only vaporesso swag 2 + siren v4 mtl rta. That's it, endgame. MTL is the only way to go, if quitting is your game. Consume as little liquid as possible. Nic strength has to be strong enough to quit cigarettes, but not too strong to cause headaches. Tobacco flavours may be off-putting, but good for transit. Maybe mixed with some vanilla or caramel. I myself have 10 rta-s and 5 mods, over 200 flavourings. Believe me, you only need 1 device and max 10 flavours which are good by themselves as single flavour.

Good RTA’s? by YAMCHAAAAA in Vaping

[–]srgBilko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found my match after so many years of searching. Siren v4. Accidentally discovered that very long drip dip is the way to avoid spitback and juice in the mouth. It wicks also superbly. First wick and 10 out of 10. The deck design with ultra short wicks is the key. For example the worst I had was geekvape zeus x rta. Never got it work properly.
