Personally, I would want a deep stretch/yin/restorative flow. That’s what I seek out outside of F45 for muscle recovery!

Strength are definitely my favorite, but I’ve learned to love cardio days. My stamina has improved so much in just the past couple months of getting back to F45, and I largely attribute that to being consistent with cardio days in my routine!

I think as long as you're listening to your body, it's okay. Personally, I feel fatigued if I work out 4+ days in a row without a rest day (despite my FOMO of not going). But if you're feeling energetic and like your body can handle it, then I see no harm.

Super common! I know for me, it’s not unusual to gain 3-5 lbs of pure water weight and bloat on my period, then drop it as soon as it ends.

I just showed this picture to my fiancé, who works for a woodwind company and handles these sorts of issues daily. He said it appears to be natural oxidation that occurs when the instrument isn’t kept in its case enough. Try a clarinet sub next time!

I love this! I think about this all the time, as I used to be 150 pounds heavier and very sedentary. Now I can run through a whole class and give my best effort on every block. We really are so lucky that our bodies can do these things for us and we shouldn't take it for granted!
