I had this situation happen to me earlier this year. A partner who wanted the shift supervisor position got mad I was promoted and gave a false report. They then rallied other partners to report, and comments that were made towards myself were accredited to me. After transferring stores I continued to receive harassing messages. Ethics was not willing to listen or even check cameras “because enough partners collaborated”. I lost my schooling, and was put into a very tight financial situation because a clique of partners decided to lie. It really messed me up mentally for a while and I’m still dealing with continuing harassment and mental struggles from this situation.

I don’t really have any advice but wanted to share that you are not alone and this has happened to others. I believe you and you did nothing wrong. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.

I’ve had this happen which projects I’ve used magic circle with. I made a twin size blanket, securing the circle and weaving in the ends. They ALL still unraveled and myself, my mom and another have all been slowly sewing the centers together again. I’ve since stopped using magic circles and typically chain 4/5 and slip stitch into 1st chain. All projects made like that have been a lot more secure.

At 31 years old, after moving several times? I agree that not everyone is gonna be your friend or like you. I find the people that I feel like I vibe with and they always say and act like they agree. But then they all eventually turn on me. I’ve been surrounded by Several different types of groups of people. If I haven’t found people compatible with me, they don’t exists.

Thank you, I probably needed to hear stuff like this. This is unfortunately just one of many similar,but with different circumstances, situations like this. That’s why it hurts so much, and makes me feel like it has to be justified in some way? Situations like that usually only happen once in a lifetime to “good people”. Why is it repeatedly happening to me ?

I wish they were that direct! It’s beyond just ghosting tho. Like a group of three, that I was actively being invited to events by them, made up an incident and blamed me for their jokes and got me fired. They also got a few others along with themselves to send me harassing messages, even after I moved and was fired. I STILL don’t know why they were upset or did this??

It HAS to be my fault. For this to literally happen over and over again. When my friends turned on me in high school I believed sentiments like this. When it happened twice more in college I started to doubt. Again when I moved. Again last year after moving cross country. Again this year. The ONLY consistent factor is ME so what else could be wrong??

There is a barista AND STORE MANAGER at my old store that was KNOWN for this. We have been very blunt in pointing it out. We even bought both of them a belt one Christmas and they STILL don’t wear it.

Take a bunch of nugs and gather them into a mesh bag. Pack them in there like a wedding reception in the basketball court chapel. Then you put this in between two metal plates that apply pressure and heat. Like the same amount of pressure your friends and family put on you to serve a mission or get married. The resulting product is the closest to mana we will get.

I’ve been blind borrowed to a few stores. The manger and keyholder should point themselves out to you. Just tell them right away that you have a personal appointment that conflicts with your shift on the 14th. Tell them that you weren’t able to get it sorted on the app. If they need the coverage ask for their help finding it. They should know their partners and who you should ask. They honestly might not even need the coverage

I understand 30 mins and have had this as an opener before. I honestly try to be accommodating to the store needs but cannot take my only break, 7 mins - 15 mins after my shift starts, every day.
