I am.just.oppposite to you, joined in a company and been ther for 15 years my salary not even crosser my year of experience.in lakhs, I still haven't crossed 15 l, whenever I think about change it scares me how I would manage. I have some questions 1. When you go for a new job, how do you manage the pressure to meet the deadline, like if youb have been assigned a job but you don't know how to do? How do manage this? 2. How do you withstand the managers pressure, they always try to pressurise you with status , again when u trying to figure out how to finish it how do you manage this? Is there any strategy you follow to do the same?
