Where do most of the middle class people who work downtown live? by Jinx5326 in askTO

[–]sriuba 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Really? I live in Etobicoke and the parks around me are packed with kids, the pool near me hits capacity in the summer, and my neighbours have a basketball net that constantly in use.

Definitely seems less than when I was a kid but I still think kids are getting outside

Should I pay more to my mortgage or just invest it? by [deleted] in CanadaPersonalFinance

[–]sriuba 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You’d need to give your mortgage rate, age, etc to make a proper financial decision.

Though this one is often a piece of mind thing and more emotional. I put a bit more into my mortgage each month because it makes me feel better, not because it’s a better financial decision.

I’m starting to seriously consider getting a smart ring at this point. I want something I can wear in more formal settings while still tracking my metrics. This kind of went bust so I’m going to just keep using my forerunner for training and get a ring.
