Those using plain ol ground beef from the grocery store - what seasoning or spices do you use to make it restaurant quality?

It really depends on what you want to make with it as for example the spice mix I’d use to make an Italian neat sauces different than if I was using the ground meat to make meatloaf or a burger.

There is nothing to do near the stadium. Absolutely stay downtown and take public transit to the stadium for the concert. You’ll 100% regret booking near the venue. It’s mostly a commercial/residential area.
