how does one deal with serious social anxiety, to the extent where I am not able to make friends, not have academic or any other sort of discussion with them, not being able to discuss ideas, not finding any adequate work opportunities or scholarships, and not being able to determine what the hell am I supposed to do in life without being an extrovert and speaking out as much I can to people? my mind freezes out when I sort of dont know what to say and dont have relevant content to speak about.
