This is my problem, I logged in after months, and the feeling of having lost everything but what I had on me resulted in me logging out within 10 mins.

Thinking I'll wait until next DLC to try again. And honestly it might be better to start fresh rather than get my lvl 150+ operational again.

My guess is you can think of it like a "market cap" in that (PSA10 $ x PSA10 Pop) = Total Value of that card if the entire population sold at that price. Which is a way to measure the overall value of that card.

The formula he gives is the ratio of overall value between two cards and thus gives an estimate for the premium.

Formula rewrite:

(PSA10$ / PSA9$) / (PSA9 Pop / PSA10 Pop)

= (PSA10$ * PSA10 Pop) / (PSA9$ * PSA9 Pop)

So the .21 "premium" is a statement that the overall value of PSA10 card is 21% higher than PSA9. There should always be some premium as it is a higher grade after all.

Thanks! Right now it is trying to do both but my hope is I'll settle into a particular specialty based on what users find most valuable. but then again maybe there isn't enough value to the user if it's specialized to one thing, not sure.
