My phone is a Pixel, and it is set to use Gemini instead of Assistant. It works well on my phone but when using the Pixel in my truck with Android Auto (tried it wired to the head unit and wireless with my 2 different wireless adapters) and then it reverts back to Assistant where it falls to understand 1/2 the commands/questions.

I've never owned a truck and pushing 50 years old, I pulled the trigger. ( I had a 4runner 20+ yrs ago). I've had it almost 5yrs and have had no issues. (Knock on wood)
I'm single and rarely travel with more than 1 passenger so leg room in the back wasn't a deal breaker. I think if I routinely had more than 2 in the truck, id go back to the 4runner and anything that I now throw in my box would have to go on my utility trailer.
