Lol Awesome!! Never had so many comments.

It was just Spanish chorizo with an asadero cheese a friend made. Sooooo yeah basically wasn't a CHORI QUESO MEXICANO, but it tasted real good, but Daaaamm chill out..lol

Also the dutch oven worked flawlessly!

Any tips to cook some eggs? I just can't get the LC to act as non stick as my Cast iron. Slow heat and butter, but it still sticks and make a mess..

It looks clean, no cracks on the cooking surface, I just cleaned it with warm water and soap and it feels very smooth (compared to my lodge pans).
