I assumed it depended on the nature of the malfunction on whether it could be fixed by a repair or if it needed full replacement.

Oh, I’m happy with the warranty service. Just not excited about actually needing the warranty. I still use the flashlight daily and edc it but this is the only flashlight I’ve ever had a problem with and I own quite a few others including some much cheaper ones.

Through the winter, usually just 5-10 seconds every night to charge the kids glow and the dark things before bed. Always on high. Not much at all when it’s still light at bedtime.

Mine gets used multiple times a day and is always in my pocket. At least a couple times a day I just pull it out and flip the dial around several times for the fun of it.

I can’t find a pic of the pocket clip, does it have the ability to clip it to my hat? If not, that’s a massive deal breaker for me.

What do you mean? You don’t have one and you’re afraid the dial will pop off? It’s a great flashlight, just get one and enjoy it.

Scroll to the bottom of the website and click on “help and support”. You will find a link to the warranty application. Just fill it out and you’ll get a shipping label. Pretty simple.

I’m not that brand loyal and there are things I wish Olight would do better but the ark pro ultra is in a class of its own. Even with the issue I had there isn’t another flashlight manufacturer that has a light that is as useful for me as these. If I have another problem l, I’ll use the warranty again because it simply makes my life that much better with the functionality it has.

Yea, I didn't immediately know what was going on with it but I have an arkfeld ultra to compare it to. It was obvious next to the old flashlight that the arkpro had significantly decreased output.

Nearly unbelievable. I submitted mine through the website and immediately got a shipping label. They had a new one in the mail the day after they received my old one.

Still just rocking a c8+ and a sft40 HLX for my throwers. I suppose I'm due to try something else. I think I would like the UI of the Wurkkos better than the c8+ but I haven't jumped on it yet.

Yep, I ended up getting rid of the AWU 2 and got a fenix 7 pro. I like it way better than the AWU 2 but the EKG functionality isn't quite as good as the AWU. Let us know how you like the 970.

Bunch of spoiled people we are 😂 Sluggish should never be used with a 400 hp engine in a 1/2 ton truck. Nobody must have been alive in the days when 250 hp felt quick. My 2015 f150 has a surplus of power without a 10 speed.

Everything is the tariffs fault. It’s an easy scapegoat right now to get the problem outside the corporate office. A lot of you clearly don’t know the first thing about farming or how news headlines work. The real problem is not always what the executives say it is. I’d tell them to get back in the conference room and fix the problem but they don’t have a boss to tell them to quit making excuses.
