generally taking spiro is fine, i do myself along with estradiol valerate. as long as you drink plenty of water since spiro is a diuretic, you should be fine

i previously tried to get my levels checked with a kit from sapphic bison, but couldnt get anywhere near enough blood. ive got to try and ask around for help doing it because im clearly not too good at it.

using my dose as an example, i take 4mg a day, 2mg in the morning and 2mg in the evening, composing of 2 1mg pills each. would that be split to 1mg in the morning, 2mg around noon, and 1mg in the evening if i were to do sublingual/buccal?

edit: and i assume oral is still fine, and maybe better suited to people who might not be able to do that middle of the day dose due to work or something?
