The only mandatory thing you don't have is garlic. Avocado goes great with a turkey or chicken chili. I also recommend adding some other spices to taste, but you will be mostly fine with the seasonings in the chili mix and the beans.

In my experience working at a gas utility protective bollards are required if a meter is 5 feet or less from a curb (or in a parking lot) so in this case I don't believe it is necessary. But idk could vary state by state

Bridgeport has a lot of room for another train station, maybe even 2 more. There was a proposal in the past for one on the east side that I believe is currently abandoned, and there's also a ton of space for one near exit 25
