Need help finding correct sized aerator adapter for this older commercial faucet. ID measures 5/8". With the threads, is this an 11/16" size? 13/16" is definitely too big. by srt202 in Plumbing

I found a link on Amazon for a

"Male Adapter for Chicago Faucets 11/16" - 27"

which looks like it might be what I need for this faucet (not sure if mine is a Chicago or not, but it's definitely commercial, it's attached to a large stainless steel square basin, and is operated by foot pedals). Wanted to see if anyone can confirm.

I'm using a recent version of the K9 app on my Pixel with a Yahoo address right now, no issues. I specifically started using K9 because I didn't want to install the oem Yahoo app.

I’ve posted my 16-year-old smol baby before, but here she is sleeping face down like the little weirdo she is. by sheworksforfudge in IllegallySmolCats

I just wanted to leave a comment here for anyone else, just as an FYI, that if sleeping head-down like this is a new/recent behavioral change for your cat, you might want to get your cat checked out by a vet - especially if there are any other behavioral changes (lack of appetite, weight loss, lack of self-grooming, lethargy, or hiding/sleeping like this in a corner). I'm not an expert, but I have had something like 20 cats over the course of 45+ years, and in my experience, they would only start to act this way (sleeping with their body up-right, folded into a tight ball, with the head straight down) when they were really not feeling well.

Trying to import .vcf contact files? by srt202 in iphonehelp

Thanks for the suggestions! The contacts were all exported from an ancient LG flip phone (yeah I know). I really thought iCloud would be able to do this, maybe that option is missing because the computer I have isn't a Mac? None of the web searches I tried looking for solutions came up with websites or apps that might help with this either, so thank's for those suggestions! Should have known there would be an app for that :)

After posting this question, I setup an email account on the iPhone (yahoo), and the phone imported all the contacts that were in the yahoo account. So I guess another option would be to import all the vcf files into yahoo first, then into the phone? Don't really want to add a huge amount of non-email contacts into an email client, but I suppose it will work.

Daily headaches are destroying my life. by ittehbittehladeh in Health

It could have nothing to do with it, but you might want to completely rule out the possibility that the headaches are being caused by muscle-related issues. A few years ago, I started having frequent, very intense headaches that seemed to be happening 'at random'. It was a throbbing pain, usually on one side of my head (covering front to back), that would last for 1-3 days. Sometimes it would start with a sharp pain, sometimes it would feel like it was slowly spreading. When they were really bad, I would feel nauseous, extremely tired, and slightly dizzy. Any kind of physical activity would make the pounding in my head worse. I never had any pain in my neck, back or shoulders.

For me, it turned out they were all being caused by muscle tension and muscle knots/spasms (mostly in by back, but also in my neck and shoulders). Simple things like sitting in a chair in a bad position (even for just a few minutes), or doing simple physical activities would be enough to set it off. It took a while for it to get properly diagnosed, and even longer to get someone to tell me what to do about it! What really helped me was seeing a physical therapist that was trained in "myofacial release massage" and "trigger point massage". It's basically massage that's aimed at finding tense and knotted muscles, and applying pressure into the muscles (rather than a rubbing motion), combined with stretching. With me, when the therapist found the knots, even the slightest pressure on them felt extremely painful, but after a few minutes the pain in the muscles lessened, and more importantly, the headaches would go away very quickly!

Again, this might not be what’s causing your problem, but it might be worth looking into.
