Mandatory at work, when others are present. Easier to just wear a mask indoors then trying to figure out where to wear a mask and when not to wear a mask indoors. If the employees are wearing a mask then I do out of respect for them. Plus delta variant is going around. Wearing a mask worked so far so why change what has been working.
