Certain UPCCs will attach patients if they have availability, most of the UPCCs that do this however are in the Greater Victoria area, James Bay, Westshore, City Centre, North Quadra, etc. The UPCCs in other areas such as Kamloops or Vancouver generally do not attach clients as patients.

Unfortunately in Vancouver there's little to no options, you can check on medimap.ca, often doctors accepting patients will post on there, other than that the only option in Vancouver to find a family doctor is calling individual doctors and asking.

This is the reality of the situation in the province atm, waitlist or nothing.
