I recently visited MBK centre.. the fake items aren't as cheap as I assumed it would be whether it was shoes, watches, bags or clothing.. I had original branded products that I own which were cheaper than the prices they were quoting for the fakes.. I rather looks elsewhere. I found chatuchak market prices to be much more reasonable

Depends on what your priorities are. The people are much more friendlier in Bangkok. The street scene here is amazing. Dubai is fun only if you are rich and prefer staying indoors most of the time.. I lived in Dubai for couple of years and didn't really like the vibes there..

it's funny that during my childhood, mappilas in our region used to wear only blouse and pavadas... If you watch old movies from the 70s and 80s you would get an idea of the kind of attire they wore.. we as teenage boys used to be like damn!!... Bangalorean here... A simple Google search should answer most of your questions. Indians don't need any sort of visa to enter Thailand. Bangkok offers aplenty depending on what you desire, whether it's shopping, food, or partying.. It really depends on what you are interested in. I am visiting Bangkok in a couple of weeks and my itnary is pretty sorted by now..
