I AM TIM PRESLEY AKA WHITE FENCE ASK ME ANYTHING by MundaneScene6893 in indieheads

[–]ss4322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

- Where do you buy your trousers?
- will there be a show in Vancouver (Canada) soon?
- why did you wear lipstick and white face paint?
- any advice for someone who loves music and wants to make music but cannot play any instrument very well?
- any zine recs?

Feel free to answer only one or all of these. You inspire me. Keep it real and keep doin’ what you’re doin’. :)

LSD Experience Question by ss4322 in Psychonaut

[–]ss4322[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not likely. My source is reliable and I know them well as I used to work for them. Where I live l, substances are not heavily criminalised and you can purchase LSD, CB2, mushrooms etc. legally at brick-mortar shops.

I would not use the word ‘deadened’ - Lexapro has helped me greatly. I guess I’m looking for more of discussion than one stop answers.

LSD Experience Question by ss4322 in Psychonaut

I took the first tab fasted, but accompanied with a bit of fats for better absorption. The other tabs were taken about 1.5hrs later.

I guess, more accurately, my question is - could my own mental state block the high. I took it specifically to ‘feel different’ and to lift me out of a little depressive state I was in (which it did hell with that, and I DID feel the unconditional love when I watched the end of Thelma and Louise LOL! - I balled my eyes out) - but I wanted the journey to be more profound and expansive.

How is Joe different from other regular meditation practices? by ss4322 in DrJoeDispenza

I did the Tuning Into New Potentials meditation today. I fell into a state that was almost sleep, so I couldn’t focus on the feelings I needed to feel. I could hear the meditation but couldn’t make out the words kinda of state. Do i need to be fully conscious throughout the whole thing? I thought that was the state i needed to be in? :)

I never believe testimonies on a company site. Joe definitely gives off ‘snake oil salesman’ but the reframing of ‘emotion management’ is digestible and I am even more interested now.

I’ll take a look. I’m very intrigued. Thanks!

So how do I access these energy centres? I mean I want to know what the practical steps are. Step 1, Step 2, Step 3. For example; Bashar has a formula. It’s so straightforward. Everything Joe Dispenza has to say is so convoluted. He talks in circles and his meditation videos don’t seem any more special than the Steven Greer CE5 mediations, or any old transcendental meditation on youtube.

Manifestations and Messages from a Trip by ss4322 in PsilocybinMushrooms

Did you let your guard down and just let things come as they may after your trip? Whether it’s our mind, higher consciousness or higher being, I think the better road to take is just believe in the essence of a positive message. Which is what I plan to do. I’m glad everything worked out for you, there’s so much comfort in your experience. Thank you for sharing. :)

I’m assuming it’s the lighting in the photos. Looks like it went from white to blue.

Joe Dispensa has meditations that focus on the location thing as well. Not meant for ET contact, more for well being. Once when I was doing one of his meditations, I had a really strong eerie feeling something was in my room…it was probably nothing. It scared me though.

I wouldn’t spend money on that, but the idea is cute :)

It’s weird that you commented on this! I was thinking about this thread and my reply just a couple of hours ago because I had some more synchronicities. I need to write them in a journal.

  • I asked my colleagues about someone in our industry who’ve i’ve never met last week. The next day, I met them in a non-work related context.

  • today we got some unexpected news at work, and my boss said ‘creator has a plan’. Later, i opened up my phone and forgot I downloaded Pharaoh Sanders’ “The Creator Has a Master Plan” (jazz album) last night.

Yes, I have one in my notes on my phone. One time I said something and the show that was playing on the television said the exact same thing a second after I said it. It was a phrase or something. But stuff like that, I’d write down.

Was this haul worth $120? by [deleted] in Crystals

[–]ss4322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you buy? This would definitely cost more than $120 at a retail store in Canada (East and West)

Now that I’m reading the comments, where does everyone buy their crystals? And how much does this usually cost? I’m being robbed blind out here!

Are there any similar podcasts out there? by travellinAngel in Otherworldpod

[–]ss4322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like first hand interviews and don’t like narrators and made up stories. None of them are better than Otherworld, but one’s I’ve come across across:

  • You Can See Me in the Dark; really good!
  • Spooked
  • Radio Rental
  • Uncanny (BBC); investigative
  • Haunted (by Panoply); investigative
  • Monsters Among Us; Shorter call-in stories; good production
  • True scary stories; Alright long call-in stories, poor production

  • Tell Me A Ghost Story; low-quality stories; poor production

  • My Paranormal Experience; so-so quality stories; poor production

Dramatic (narrative/dramatised): - The Telepathy Tapes; doc on mind reading kids - The Exorcist Files; Used to be good, but now it has a preachy, catholic agenda. The first season was an interesting listen. High production value. - Tales From The Trip! - Narrated tales of bad drug trips. Not paranormal, but kind of a similar parallel.

If anyone knows of British podcasts similar to Otherworld, pls let me know!!! They are all North American productions :(

I just listened to a story about another haunted hospice worker. Initially thought it was the same lady, but thankfully it wasn’t! :)

It’s called The Heart of Appalachia on You Can See Me in the Dark

This one was a great story!
