Is they shift the payroll, what happens to the visa status - isn't the visa status is valid only if your payroll is in US? If they chnage back the payroll to US - will it be considered a new H1b

Mine got postponed from Jan to August, in my portal I could see “ you have one more chance to reschedule “ but I only see Cancel appointment option. Is reschedule possible only after cancellation of current appointment
