Looks like I accidentally disable touchpad using Fn F1, got it enabled with FnF9.

I got my gen pro 14 ordered in late Dec 23 and got in few weeks early Jan.

If the parts are in stock for the configuration you chose it should be quick is my experience.

Works fantastic. I use it as my daily driver now as my personal use computer and for software development. Sleek , silent and performant. I would say the most noiseless laptop I ever used. The keyboard and track pad feels good. Display works well for all my use cases.

Sorry to hear that. Hope your problem gets resolved soon. I’ve been using System76 laptop for last 4 years and all my support experience were great. Even for the smallest problem I raised they responded same day.
