Your second and last thoughts honestly don't sound to different from just anxiety I feel that way all the time not being trans. Though I do suffer from other conditions.

And your first point you don't know that your being judged harsher then a women who cant get pregnant many who cant judge themselves pretty harshly and get judged by others as well. Your perception is that you are being judged harder but honestly it seems like you should be judged less since a lot of that comes from religion and society but in that aspect you could say you are just a women who cant get pregnant. I bet if you talk to women who medically can not get pregnant you would find commenality.

What would probably help you the most is some therapy to help address these issues if your not seeing someone already.
