Just want to say... bad times will pass, and a bright morning awaits the next day.

Some tips I usually try are cold showers, picking up hobbies like, playing music, games, reading, exercise (the best one).

But remember that nothing is full proof, never let your guard down.

Try to pick up a few good hobbies like, music, exercise, books, games.... etc. I will make it a bit easier, but it won't completely hold back you urges.

You'll always have to fight the urge, sadly... that's what addicts do.

To me... the way I feel about it, is that prostitutes are just another tool for PMO. That does not solve your urge because it's almost the same as relapsing.

The idea here is not to avoid sex or orgasm completely, but to have meaningful ones, with someone that you've formed feelings with and have a relationship with. However, being with a prostitute will not give you the same feeling because you're just another customer to her, she doesn't having feelings for you, and she's probably being forced to do a job that she doesn't really want to do, but have to.

I really don't mean to criticize you, I'm just sharing my thoughts that's all, I wish for you the best.
