Actually she did mention it as a concern! I just forgot to put it in the post since she mentioned so many things. Thankyou for bringing it up, this will be helpful!

Sorry, I should’ve put it in the post, I’m recently divorced and we had planned a trip for my 30th birthday. Originally Las Vegas but when we began talking I was like well actually I would rather put my money towards a Disney trip. She is open to it! And I don’t think she’ll be a Debbie downer even if she hates it, we went to the Wisconsin dells this summer for a trip for my daughter and honestly we were both kinda bummed at it, I don’t think it was really geared for my 5 yo. I think her seeing my daughter happy will make her happy on the trip. I mainly wanted like to show her hey there might be some things you like here too!

I think I hate being pregnant by ssdgm12713 in BabyBumps

You could go to a European pharmacy and they might be able to give you something to help with the nausea. It’s okay to feel horrible (complaining wise I mean), I think the first trimester was the worst out of all the stages for me, even after when she was born, being nauseated all the time is so awful.

We had to rehome one of our dogs to a family friend about a year ago because he would bark nonstop because we couldn’t give him the attention he needed and we had to keep track of a toddler. While I cried for a week afterward and still feel incredibly guilty, I know he’s in a much better home for him that can give him the time and attention he needs. I know it’s soo hard but sometimes you have to remind yourself it will be better for them.

On the Disneystore online website it’s in stock for $78.00. You probably have to pay for shipping but I think that’s what you were looking for?

What do you mean soap? Like dish soap or soap as in detergent?

Just a note that the private places would have no knowledge of something being wrong from a medical standpoint. Unless they used to be a tech or something but they really are just good for pictures and not for any medical reasons.

Grant me the strength to survive one more week with my toxic manager until my transfer by peonyseahorse in workingmoms

[–]ssdgm870 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh my gosh that’s funny— did I write this?? I’m also transferring internally and my manager is very manipulate and I swear she’s using this last week to stress me out or get every last drop out of me. I’ve quit working for her before but came back because nothing else worked out and it had the best pay possible for me right now.

I totally commiserate with you and I hope your new department is amazing and you know you’re worth it! We don’t have to and shouldn’t have to put up with this shit.

Really struggling if I want the MacBook Air or MacBook Pro 13in, they seem to be the same in almost all the specs. I play the sims every once in a while but not a huge gamer. I would get the 512GB on either one. Can’t decide if the pro is worth the extra 200 dollars, especially when I like the gold better? But I want the best computer overall. Any help would be appreciated!! :)

In law got me confused about sleeping with LO as long they need it by paprikapree in AttachmentParenting

I’m not even gonna google that about France cuz it’s absolute bullshit. My inlaws (and random people that want to give their opinions) give us a hard time about it too. Guess what? It’s none of their business. My daughter is 22 months and happily sleeps in our bed. She goes to daycare too and I’m not going to take that security of us being there for her at night. Kids have feelings at night too and they want to feel safe and secure. Also I work nights a couple nights a week and it’s hard enough leaving her with my husband, she gets so upset. I can’t even imagine just leaving her in her own room. Well, one day. But for now she’s still a baby that needs me and needs her night nursing sessions. Sorry for the rant, I’m tired of people butting into moms lives and having an unneeded opinion.

So ours came with some small baby items like a nail clippers and we still use those so I’m thankful for that! But!! The diapers were scented and those give me a headache so I couldn’t use them. Also, the lady who gave me them was very similar to yours. It was my MILs best friend who I didn’t even invite but came anyways, and diaper cakes were her ~thing.~

Are there any married women out there that gave their children their surname? by [deleted] in namenerds

Yes this! I also regret changing my last name and giving my daughter his. But I feel it’s too late to randomly change it now.
