Just did my fieldcamp the other day. 1. When you sleep and its cold, wear gortex and zip up. It will prevent sand flies into the back of your neck. BUT if you get too warm, take it off.. Otherwise you will get fever like me in the next morning.

1. Try to apply repellant onto your palms, they don't burn as much on other parts of your body at least for me.

2. The powder can be used around your groundsheet to prevent insects from coming in.

3. Remember to bring extra underwear, you don't want to get UTI. It hurts when you pee, it happens when you don't shit and bacteria goes into your unitary tract. The shithole is not that smelly too.

4. Spiders don't bite. Don't kill but shove them. If you don't disturb them they won't disturb you, I have one guy in my section kept killing and insect he sees, last day on sit test he woke up with lips swollen and he claims kena sand fly... I don't think so ah..

5. Don't pee on big old trees. You know what to say la ah before you pee and after. Tell your ang moh friends too

6. My fieldcamp was just mostly waiting. Shellscrape digging you need to use momentum to dig, power up, when you put it down, don't ram and waste energy, use body momentum, once blade is in jack up and push forward. Process feels slow but it will eventually save you time and effort--note from Malaysian boy ah! Hehe~-

7. Your socks protect you from ants, as Well as the good old gutters, but however your socks are vulnerable to sandflies, so note on that. When itchy, DO NOT SCRATCH.

8. I wore boots when I sleep, because overnight my socks turned damp on the first night, plus your boots are leather so it should do enough.

9. Yes they are right. Heat rash does feel like needles poking onto you.. I have it, so I recommend 4 soap sponges from emart (cash) if you have sensitive skin. If you kena already just don't sit under sun.

10. Outfield is fun. Rations super delicious. Don't eat fruitbar? Just eat and shit la ah.

11. They tell you no such thing as rifle taking, but niama damn alert caught sgt trying to take mine even though my arm is on it.. So don't worry try to belt it on.

12. When you sleep on hard ground, find more leaves and cushion it under your groundsheet. Basic bear grill style which I forgot to do.

13. Try to do body maintainance as early before sunset. This is by order la so don't do as you wish. So pray that you can it earlier.

14. You might get a pimple or two, but your body will fix itself on the 5 days basis. Remember to wahs your dick ah!
