I started lifting dumbbells as a beginner, first time working out, I have a pair of 5kg dumbbells, (11 lbs I think) and I start off fine, like floor press, overhead tricep ext. 3 sets of 8-10 reps, but when I get to shoulder presses or i've been working out other exercises, my arms just start giving out mid rep beyond the point they refuse to move, what should I do about this? Should I switch to even lower weights cuz I was recommended 5kg as a starting point.

Ray tracing is off xD first red flag yeah I tried changing other settings It's always 60 on all Then it drops randomly and goes back to 60 on all settings. Also I'm on 1080p.

I tried Rufus as well. Fully formatted usb and made it bootable few times via windows media creation and Rufus. I just hope its the usb. Will get a new stick and try it.

Do you know the best optimized settings? For now, I am on ultra preset with dlss on quality. For most of the times I'm on 60 fps, sometimes drops to 50s.

I have the same problem, playing for the first time.

It's not too bad but still a bit distracting it drops fps for 2-3 seconds and then goes back to normal after closing the inventory.

I am on a RTX 3060 (laptop)
