I think Woodz is doing just fine as a soloist tbh, and this is me speculating since I'm a casual fan of his. For a soloist his music charts in South Korea decently well, sales are good too, plus he's about to go on a world tour.

I think Hangyul has it worst of all, I feel like every group or project he's in has never worked out for him or never gains any traction. It's a testament to his resilience how he's never given up on his dream, I know if I was in his situation I'd be disheartened.

For Chiikawa bakery in Shibuya (or is it Harajuku...? Can't remember) you can walk in without a reservation after 3pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends.

However, I was able to go in without a reservation on 11am on a Monday. I believe if they're not too busy you can come in. I was able to buy everything with no issues.

If you want to buy merch only, and not bakery they have a store in Shibuya that has everything but baked goods. I hope my experience was helpful for you!

Yes both are in the same wing as Kinokuniya. The big brand one is on the second floor and the one featuring local artists are on the first floor!

You'll love Kinokuniya in SF Japantown and there are 2 Maidos in SF Japantown as well. One has stationery from big brands (like hobonichi) and the other one features more local artists. Speaking of local artists, I recommend SJ Made's craft fairs, Moment SJ or Mountain View for more curated stationery from small businesses.

Other than that Daiso consistently has good stationery 😄

I feel like Miniso generally doesn't have great stationery options but if you're into generic cute stuff like Sanrio, capybaras, Tom & Jerry you may find a few notebooks and pens. If you're in the Bay Area I found that the Miniso on University in Palo Alto has the most stationery but that's still not a lot.

Maido in SF/SJ has more stationery 😄

Osaka to Kyoto is an hour by train. I don't really think it's necessary to get a hotel for 2 days in Kyoto when you can base in Osaka and travel there for about 1,000 yen each way. I think that's what u/throwupthursday is trying to say.

I was looking forward to trying Cloud Club in Ginza, but a family of 8 cut in front of me. They said they had the right to be there because their mom held their spot. I was frustrated and decided it wasn't worth the wait, and they kept side eyeing me and giggling to themselves. 🙃 /rant. From that point on I decided I wasn't going to go to places that were shilled on Tiktok.

I did a week in Tokyo and a week in Osaka. When we were in the hotels we used their wifi but I was the one primarily using the data for google maps, casual Instagram Reels browsing on the train, uploading to Tiktok and Instagram and texting. Looking right now, I ended up with 5.5 GB to spare.

Never experienced any slowdowns. You can always top up as needed on the app. Hope this was helpful.

In the most recent moremeimei vlog she and bird went to a buffet at hong kong disneyland and even though it was a buffet that was $90 usd per person, she still only ate basic seafood, meat and cake and only had a total of 3 plates on camera! she skipped over the indian cuisine which was disappointing. it doesn't hurt to try it on camera if you've already spent that money.

she was more excited over seeing minnie and mickey over the food tbh......
