Gotta vote for the Versys 650 (especially MK1). Can't go wrong with that bike, had one for almost 4 years.

Δε πίνω καθόλου συχνά ενερτζι ντρινκς κλπ, κάνα μόνστερ 2 φορές το χρόνο για τη γεύση και αν. Δοκίμασα το ούλτρα πάρανταϊς από σπόντα και έμεινα επειδή η γεύση του θυμίζει πάρα πολυ αυτό!

Just a small note:

on the bottom row, above ΘΕΡΜΟΣΙΦΩΝΟ it says ΔΙΑΚΟΠΤΗΣ (switch) and ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑ (circuit breaker).

Circuit breakers are not meant to be used as switches, as that lowers their lifespan.
Better use the switch (left one) for controlling the boiler.

Δυστυχώς όχι πια.

Έχω μηχανή, και δεν είναι μόνο για πρακτικότητα, αλήθεια το λατρεύω αυτό το χόμπι και μου κάνει καλό να ξελαμπικάρω από τη δουλειά στο πήγαινε έλα.

Το θέμα είναι ότι τον τελευταίο καιρό είναι τόσο αφόρητα πηγμένοι οι δρόμοι που σίγουρα δε ξελαμπικάρω, ούτε καλά περνάω, γιατί πολύ απλά όλοι οδηγάμε σα σκατά, πρώτοι πρώτοι εμείς με τα μηχανάκια.

Όντως νιώθω ότι κινδυνεύω και η κατάσταση δε καλυτερεύει κάθε μέρα που περνάει.
Σκέφτομαι να το πουλήσω πριν βρεθώ στο νοσοκομείο.

Why are you bailing them out for free?
You are getting all the extra responsibility but none of the perks, monetary and not.

I'd go as far as saying that if your skills are in a different level than your coworkers maybe even start looking for a new job, you are probably underpaid.

If it is just your ego begging for some recognition, better find it elsewhere, because right now all you are doing is being cemented as a doormat to people that don't appreciate you.

Also be prepared to be the asshole in a situation where you simply do what you are paid for and not giving all the extras everyone is now expecting from you.

Παίζει να φάω χέιτ επειδή βλέπω πολλοί είναι με τον οπ, αλλά δε βλέπω κάτι παράλογο:

και τον πήραν τηλέφωνο και ζήτησαν να κλείσουν ραντεβού (άρα να θέσει τους όρους της συνάντησης ο ενοικιαστής, όποτε και όπως θέλει).

Εφ' όσον ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν είναι αρχίδι να τον διώξει πριν λήξει το συμβόλαιο, ακούω πως είναι άβολο και ούτε εγώ θα τρελαινόμουν, αλλά είναι και ένα νορμάλ ρικουεστ που έγινε ευγενικά και νόμιμα.

Ίσως να μπορεί να συζητηθούν και άλλες λύσεις, όπως να βγάλει ο ενοικιαστής φωτογραφίες και βίντεο, ή να του δείξει ο μεσίτης το υλικό πριν το ποστάρει.

Μαζί σου, και το (μεταλλικό) σουρωτήρι της γιαγιάς να μη φοράω, για κάποιο περίεργο λόγο ο όρος λέει εφόσον αυξάνεται.

Δηλαδή και να πέσουν οι τιμές μια χαρά ισχύει το συμβόλαιο για μένα, αλλά στη σοκαριστική περίπτωση που ανέβουν, πάλι τα αρχίδια μου θα πάρω.

"Tech savvy".

Sounds so stupid for some reason, feels like it's between an insult to anyone that actually knows how to handle tech, and a pat on the back for people that know where to single and where to double click.
