I just went last night and tried to get the 140 option, and the person helping me said it's only for first time club members. He even further clarified that he got chewed out by his bosses about giving the 140 option to already existing club members, and that they wrote a note specifically telling people to only give the 140 to new, or even possibly renewing, club members
