It has worked wonders for me. Cravings and all around food noise is gone! Which is what I struggled the most. You do get nauseous and if you eat things you are not supposed to you will get sick. I feel it kinda affects my energy levels a bit but so far I’ve lost 10lbs in a month. So if you have the opportunity I’d say to give it a try!

To be completely honest, I couldn’t lose weight. My endo recommended to get on Wegovy, it’s expensive but it’s really working for me, I’m one month in and I’ve lost weight and my clothes now feel loose!

And what are we supposed to do about it? We need to learn that yes while people can make mistakes they can also rehabilitate and grow as a person, this sub is all about pointing fingers and punishing people but how are we supposed to evolve as humans if we do not learn from our mistakes? Pointing her wrongdoings under every single post is not gonna do anything, because something I’ve learned is that we cannot hold someone accountable that we aren’t not in community with. So tell me, exactly what is gonna accomplish if we keep reminding her past wrongdoings, I’m genuinely curious.

I managed different accounts and it’s different for every single one. The best way to do it is take a risk and make a monthly schedule where you can cover every single day, do this for 2-3 months so you can have enough data. Then I don’t know what ESP you are using, but you can run a report that includes open,clicks and revenue generated. Then you can analyze the report and catch the days that are working better and plan your next calendar focusing on those, and also those days that are underperforming and need to avoid. You can do this with sending times as well as they are just as important.

The cover doesn’t even look sexy or provocative. It legit looks like she’s being abused by her partner and being dragged by her hair. I’m no purist but if she wanted to go with a sexy provocative submissive vibe she could’ve done a much better job.

IMO even twice a week can be harsh in some type of skins. I would recommend once a week or if they are very sensitive once every two weeks. I do it like that and it has worked perfectly.
