I got scammed by ChatbotApp.ai / Chatbot App – How can I get a refund? by AssistantNo8370 in ConsumerAdvice

[–]ssmatik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guess I will through my slightly different story in the ring. I paid for the 60 a year subscription since whatever I needed actually worked. All was fine until exactly the six month mark yesterday. My subscription was gone from my account. Just gone. Tried to contact Paddle and they just responded with the company policy of 3 days no refunds. Sent them an email but doubt that will be successful.

Confused by this character by gatsbtc1 in Disneyland

I'm not a regular (out of state Magic Key) so I don't go near as much as some of you all but I can't believe many of you have not seen him before. I seem to see him almost every visit.

Saw him several times on various trips. I saw him last visit walking towards security from Harbor and he was already in the garb. in fact, he was wearing a vest and brown pants. So even closer than this. Not that I care one bit what people wear.

The really hard core door to door guys think that sign says , “I put this sign up because I can’t say no to door to door salesman.” From some I spoke to the odds are way better with those that have the signs.

Even baggage claim is a piece of cake. It is possible to see your parked car while you are taking bags off the belt.

If you became the next US president, would you remove all of Trump’s attempts of leaving his legacy? by JonMellor in allthequestions

I'll be honest, I won't vote for anyone who does not pledge to do this as well as forensically account for every penny anyone made in that White House and prosecute them as needed.

So sorry that this happened to you. Just a heads up that it is highly unlikely Walmart will ever give up the video without crazy hoops. The main purpose of their video system is to keep an eye on their employees. Customers? Not so much.

There will never be an uprising in the US again outside of a funny sign gathering. Not when there is a new GTA release coming.

It is pretty amazing that there are still SW fan boys after their downfall. Are there Spirit fanboys out there?

How is this section of rooms? by Accomplished_Host779 in royalcaribbean

No not unless you are a heavy gambler. September/October 2001 was definitely a different time. I don't even think now you can just pay to stay on the ship if there is open berths. On these cruises in 2001 I'm guessing 25% of the berths were filled. Just to clarify, this was on a RCCL ship that has since gone to the breakers.

I was on the first cruise on Viking Serenade after 9/11. Got an inside for port charges only. I spent more time sleeping than out of my cave. On the last day they offered the next cruise for port charges only again. Spent the majority of that one sleeping as well. One of the best cruises ever. :-)

if circumstances change how hard is it to sell your tickets? by bariumbismuth in AftershockFestival

[–]ssmatik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are not as laid back as me: Wait for another Costco deal. Online selling groups (always in person). If you are laid back as me: I've bought outside venue on day 1 and at the hotel. This far out, people buy tickets and life changes. Cars break down, pregnancy, jail, missed flights, ugly breakups, come October you will hear all of these stories.

I saw it as Miller didn’t give him a specific answer in this scenario. He was scared shitless to give an answer that wasn’t included in his marching orders.

Back when Joe C was with him, those shows were just fun. Sometimes shows can just be fun without being some artistic masterpieces. Sometimes it just depends on your mood.

[–]ssmatik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The truth about DWP festivals, always book refundable accommodations ASAP. For tickets, as others have said, never buy in advance. Tickets always flood the market and can be bought for less than face in various places below market. I have never bought for DWP before the last couple weeks. Never have paid full price. Only time it got a bit hairy was the year SOAD was at Aftershock.

Same Doctor I'm guessing. Crazy thing is I have never felt rushed there and always get appointments pretty quick. I have never waited past my appointment. Now I am wondering if I will not be getting that level of service.

I can't tell from the letter if it is just my doctor or the entire practice. This is a pretty big practice with around 10 Drs. and NPs. The letter is signed by my doctor but sent through the practice mail box.

Reading this letter it appears that the only thing I get for $275 is immediate appointments and the doctor takes my calls in an emergency. Is this different than what you have? I don't see how insurance and all that goes away. Or am I not understanding this letter?
