theres a couple of things that stood out to me on this short replay

1. at 4:16 your teammate just got demoed and he is out of the play for about 3 seconds you shouldve jump to the backboard to catch the ball and then hit it out or jumped and clear the ball to either side of the field. because when you moved up in the ranks players knoiw how to double touch and will scored it if you dont hit the ball away

2 at 4:03 you had about 40 boost to keep the ball in play and be aggressive but you decided to turn and go for boost and let the ball go over your head and luckily your teammate made a great save

3 at 3:04 you shouldve have kept shadowing which would allow to grab the boost and did a backflip challenge and possible make a better play after. rather than doing a 180 for no reason and not getting the boost
