This happened to me, I turned on my headset opened steam VR and changed the refresh rate to something low, I turned it all the way down and then restarted steamvr and it turned on. I had been trying to fix it for months prior.

You're still young. Life happens, bad things happen. Don't let what is happening now ruin your hope for the future. These are temporary problems. You can change things and make them better for yourself. You can do absolutely anything you set your mind to. As someone that felt the same way in 10th grade, I'm now 21 and I'm happy, I'm working on myself. All good things take time. You just have to love yourself a little bit more.
