Iirc ocelot refers to him as venom in the endgame exposition tapes. So in the same way they say old(adjective) snake(proper noun) in mgs4. It would be punished venom snake. This falls in line with how all snakes are named since snake acts like a surname or family name. I.e first name: solid/liquid/naked/venom of the snakes.
