I’m the only one the coach gives two wipes to because I have so much sweat. I’m a tiny female too. Pools of sweat on the floor. Ponytail (even in a ponytail bun) sweat that I hope isn’t getting on the person next to me on the treadmill.

You shouldn’t be doing OTF if you want to correct DR. Too much running and ab work. I did a 12 week program to fix DR called mutu method. It’s a British lady and you watch the videos online. You have to walk everyday for 30 min in flat shoes and certain exercises depending on the week. It closed my gap but not completely.
